Supported files and limits
Files: .docx files up to 15 MB. The older .doc format is not supported.
- Common fonts (Calibri, Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New, Cambria) are matched with look-alike fonts of the same widths so lines break where they do in Word. Rare fonts may be substituted.
- Very complex layouts may not match Word exactly. Check the preview before you share the PDF.
- The PDF is made from the document's layout, not by Microsoft Word.
Your files and privacy
Your file is processed in your browser, on your own device. It is not uploaded to PDFScanner's servers. PDFScanner counts basic usage, such as which tool was opened, but never sees what is inside your document.
